Kaizen garden

Here's some updated pictures of my garden. They finally out-grew the pots we originally started them in, so I built some larger planter boxes for transplanting them into. So far they have done great. The planter box to the left has lettuce, spinach and a variety of squashes (zucchini, yellow crook neck, etc). The planter box below has tomatoes, jalapenos, bell pepper, basil, sage, cilantro, dill, marjoram, oregano, chives, and chocolate mint. No vegetables yet but we've been cooking with a lot of the herbs. Yum yum! There's something so rewarding about growing your own food. I absolutely love it!

Gardening is so fun! It's a lot of work, but worth the effort once you get to pick your own food. It just tastes so much better!
