Well, the summer has come and gone. Caden will be 3 yrs old next week. Wow has time flown by. He is learning so much each day. He's still coming along with his walking. Unfortunately every time he goes through a growth spurt his little legs get very tight again which causes him to become very pigeon toed. Our progress this far has been 5 steps forward 4 steps back. We just need to strengthen his legs and he'll be walking in no time. His therapists have been putting him on a treadmill for practice. At first he hated it but now he's getting quite good at it. His vocabulary is also continuing to grow. He can now say all of his ABC's, he can count to 10, and is currently learning his colors. We've finally got please and thank you down although he does need to be reminded to say them. What can I say he's a work in progress. He also has finally taken an interest in puzzles, coloring and painting. It's so nice to see each new phase and to watch him grow.

So Silly

Téa is 4 1/2 months old. She is a happy smiley giggly girl. She has officially become mommy's leach. She is currently obsessed with me. It's to the point where if Don is holding her he follows me around the house and stays within a couple feet of me so she can see me. I try to encourage him to spend some time with her away from me but he insists that would upset Princess Téa. "What Princess Téa wants Princess Téa gets". She already has daddy wrapped around her little finger. At her 4 month check up she weighed 14 lbs 3 oz (60th percentile) and was 26 1/2 inches long (90 percentile). She holds her head up very well and has even rolled herself over a few times. Luckily for me she's not on the move quite yet. She recently discovered her jumperoo. Her little feet barely touch but man can she get that thing going. Caden also enjoys bouncing his sister (sometimes a little too much). As you can tell from the pictures her most astonishing feature is that crazy hair of hers. In the picture above she is posing with her hair dresser the electrical outlet. What can I say her hair has a mind of its own.

Don is still working full time at Trader Joe's and recently started back at school. He recently received an Academic Achievement letter from his school. It is reserved for students who get above a 3.0. Not many students receive these letters, especially ones who are working full time and have a family at home. We are so proud of him and all of his accomplishments.

Wow, look at all that hair!

I recently started back at work watching the 2 kids I watched last year. Yep that's right 4 kids under the age of 5. Needless to say they keep me very busy and I am worn out by the end of the day.

Hope everyone is doing well. Check back for more updates and pictures.
